Vazhikurayi – Online certificate course as a webinar series on Knanaya way of living manifested as strengthening Christian Faith
Organized by – JET and KART, in association with Knanaya Foundation, KCC, KCWA and KCYL
Objectives –
- To have better understanding and esteem on Knanaya Community’s heritage for an authentic Christian witnessing
- Instill the principle of unity in diversity respecting other communities, the way of Christian and Indian living
- Empowering the participants to be part of an animation team for the community
Relevance – Need of the time, due to the increased migrations of Knanites all over the world and the emergence of new global digital world order. The course is highly useful for those persons who work with and for the Knanaya community.
Credits – 30 credits (20 credit for online classes and 10 for assignments)
Duration – 1 hour per week for 6 months (around a total of 30 hours including assignments)
Timing – Saturday 06.00 pm (Indian Time)
Online platform – Google Meet/Zoom
Language – Malayalam and English
Registration – Free of cost
Certificate – The course is certificate oriented. However, the participants can join without opting for the certificate. The certificate would be helpful for those aspiring admission and appointment in Knanaya institutions. The certificate will be awarded to persons who fulfill the following criteria:
- Minimum of 75% of attendance
- Minimum of 50% of marks for the final exam
- Successful completion of assignments
