The Archdiocesan youth day celebration of Knanaya Catholic Youth League, was held on Sunday, 16th July, at St. Augustine’s Church, Karimkunnam. Mr. Libin Jose Parayil, KCYL Archdiocese President, presided over the meeting, and it was inaugurated by Metropolitan Archbishop of Kottayam, Mar Mathew Moolakkat. The chief guest of the event was Aloha Maria Benny, a member of Kanjirapalli Diocese.

As part of the Youth Day celebrations, a Chanthamcharth competition was held at the Kottayam Archdiocese level. The units of Chungam, Mattakkara, and Monipally secured the first, second, and third positions, respectively, in the competition. Approximately 1500 youths from various units actively participated in the program.

The KCYL organization extends its congratulations to all the participants and winners, as well as to the unit chaplains, directors, advisors, and all unit officials who prepared the youth for the competition.
